A big $$$ concern for me is the $300-$400 I have to invest in a full-face helmet, on top of the course fees and expenses, but if I can use my SA2000 open-face helmet, I should have no problem attending the next event :) a few of us are still trying to squeek by with our snell 90 helmets. Usually, as long as it's not a 'huffy' or 'acme' and denotes some form of snell rating you'll be fine. also, at Hallet, the track had VERY nice rental helmets available.
